1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website ("Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research use only

All products and information offered through Glitch Research Lab are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use (RUO). They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, ingestion, or any clinical or diagnostic application.

By purchasing, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree that you will use all products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only, handled exclusively by qualified personnel using appropriate safety controls.

3. Eligibility & research-use certification

Purchasing is restricted to research organizations and laboratory professionals. At checkout you must identify your research organization or laboratory and certify each of the following. Placing an order constitutes your certification that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization, or as a laboratory professional, for bona fide in-vitro research.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess research compounds in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not resell the products, and will not administer them to humans or animals or use them for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.
  • The organization and shipping details you provide are accurate.

We may decline or cancel any order and may request additional verification of research-organization status before fulfillment.

4. No medical or health claims

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, health, or professional advice. No statements have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority. Glitch Research Lab makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any purpose involving humans or animals.

5. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are calculated on our servers at the time of order — the amount charged is authoritative regardless of any figure displayed by a modified browser. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or an intent to use products for prohibited purposes. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of the ordered products is lawful at your delivery location. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds

Because products are research materials, we generally cannot accept returns once shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable period and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

8. Prohibited uses

  • Any human or animal consumption, administration, or clinical use.
  • Resale or distribution as a drug, supplement, or food product.
  • Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, eligibility, or intended use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Glitch Research Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitch Research Lab and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of products contrary to their intended research-only purpose. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glitch Research Lab from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
